48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Via our self-service option, you may cancel your booking until 48 hours in advance of your booking time for a 100% refund. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours in advance can receive a 50% refund of the full amount of the booking or a 100% store credit.

24-HOUR CHANGE POLICY

Via our self-service option, you may make changes to your booking until 24 hours in advance of your booking time. Changes include moving the date and/or time or changing the amount of participants in your group. Any changes made in less than 24 hours in advance of your booking time may be transferred to store credit for 100% of their value.

SPLIT & GROUP PAYMENT POLICY

A credit/debit card number is required to hold your split/group payment booking. If your group does not complete payment in full 2 hours prior to your booking, the card number on hold will be charged for the full amount of the booking and no adjustments or refunds will be permitted.

NO SHOW / NO CALL POLICY

No shows and/or now calls for any bookings may not be refunded or exchanged for any reason.

Tardiness policy

  • Be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before your escape room starting time.

  • If you arrive late time may be reduced from your 60 minute experience or you may not be allowed to participate. 

  • Our 48/24 cancellation/change policy applies. 

Age/Children policy

  • Groups with children ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult inside the room.
  • Children under 6 years of age are not permitted. 

  • Anyone under the age of 18 must provide a release of liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Underage participants who fail to provide a waiver will not be permitted. 

WAIVER POLICY

  • All participants must complete our waiver in order to participate in any of our escape rooms with no exceptions.
  • Anyone under the age of 18 must provide a release of liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Under age participants who fail to provide a waiver will not be permitted.
  • In the case of an uncompleted waiver, our 48/24-hour cancellation/change policy applies.

Intoxication policy

  • At the discretion of our staff, anyone who appears to be intoxicated will not be allowed to enter any escape rooms and no exchanges or refunds will be awarded.

Room policies

  • There is no need to lift or move heavy objects, or climb on top of furniture.

  • Force is never required in our escape rooms. If something seems secured in place, it is.

  • Don't guess random combinations, try to pick locks, or use force to try opening locks.

  • If you break something in one of our escape rooms by using excessive force or reckless behavior, you must pay for it.

  • Circuit breakers are never part of your experience. Do not tamper with any.

  • Cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted inside any escape rooms.

  • Everything needed to escape is included in the room. You do not need and should not use any outside materials.

  • We may take your picture to use for promotion, but they will not be sold.
