An escape room is a live, immersive, and physical puzzle experience in which participants are locked into a room and must work as a team to solve a series of puzzles and tasks within the room in order to escape within a specified time limit. Our rooms are themed and have a unique storyline that engages you with your environment.

+ What is a mobile escape room?

We created two rooms called INC: HR and INC: Maze Cafe inside our one-of-a-kind SoCo Escape Room trailer. This means we can bring our two rooms to your location for events and corporate team building! Both rooms can run simultanously, and when we're mobile, we offer 30 and 60 minute versions of the rooms. Interested? Click here.

+ Is it scary?

No, our rooms are not scary like haunted houses and there's nothing that will pop out at you. We like to think of it as more of a suspenseful experience than a scary one.

+ Are we really locked in the room?

For your safety in the unlikely event of an emergency, we cannot actually lock the door.

+ What if I don’t get out?

Don't worry, if you don’t escape in time we will let you out...we suppose...

+ What is the cost?

Our rooms are $29.99 per participant. We do offer a discount incentive to book an entire room, which varies on the room size. See the specific room page for details.

Military Discount - 10% All military personnel and their family members with valid military ID will receive a 10% discount. Use the code MILITARY10 at check out and please be sure to bring your military ID with you.

Senior Discount - 10% Participants 65 years of age and above will receive a 10% senior discount. Use the code SENIOR10 at checkout and be sure to bring valid ID with you.

+ How many people can be in a room?

Each of our rooms is designed with a capacity in mind. You can check these numbers on the rooms page.

+ Will other people be in the room with us?

We book our rooms to capacity. If you purchase fewer than the maximum number of tickets available for your room, you will most likely share the room with other people, but this can be part of the fun! If you wish to have a room to yourself you must purchase the entire room. You do not need to have the maximum number of participants, but you do need to pay for the full room in advance. + What is the age limit? Can children participate?

Children can participate, but our rooms are designed for adults and recommended for ages 16 and up. Some younger children might find the puzzles to be too difficult. Therefore:

  • Groups with children ages 16 and under must book the whole room for their group. Other groups of adults may not wish to participate in an escape room with minors.
  • Groups with children ages 12 and under must book the whole room for their group and be accompanied inside the room by an adult.
  • Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a release of liability waiver. This waiver will be provided when checking in, or can be downloaded in advance here.
  • Regardless of age, all participants must have a ticket.

+ What are kid-friendly Sundays?

If it is impractical to book an entire room for yourself and your children, you can always make a booking for any time on a Sunday. We have designated all Sunday bookings as kid-friendly and everyone participating will know that children may be present in the room.

The guidelines above still apply regarding children 12 years of age and under who must be accompanied by at least one adult inside the room.

+ How early should we arrive?

Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before the start of your room escape.

+ Starting on time

As these are live action events, it is important that we begin promptly. Be sure to arrive 5 minutes before your start time. Lateness will result in time being deducted from your room. If you arrive after your escape room has started, you may not be allowed to participate.

+ How long does it take?

Your escape experience will take around 50-60 minutes, but plan to spend at least 90 minutes with us. Before you enter we’ll go over the rules and answer any questions and afterward we’ll recap how you did and solve any remaining puzzles if you’d like.

+ What should I bring?

If you need reading glasses, be sure you bring them. If anyone in your group is under the age of 18, they must have a liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian. This waiver will be provided when checking in, or can be downloaded in advance here.

+ Where are you located?

We are located at 503 W 4th Street, Pueblo, CO, 81003

+ Where can I park?

You may park along side our building on 4th Street or in either of the Greenwood Square parking lots.

+ When are you open?

We are open Friday and Saturday from 4pm-11pm and and Sunday from 4pm-8pm, however, bookings are by appointment only, so please book online a minimum of 2 hours in advance.

+ What if I can't come on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday?

If you have a special event or if you just can't make it during our normal business hours give us a call to see about scheduling outside of our normal business hours.

+ What do I do with my bag/purse?

We have a set of lockers where you can store your personal items and a member of our staff will be present at all times. Though we will do everything to safeguard your things, please note that we are not liable for theft or damage of personal items.

+ Can I bring alcohol?

This might seem like a good idea, but it really isn’t. You’re going to want your mind and body to be operating at full capacity. Trust us. Plus, if you’re intoxicated it puts a damper on the experience for everyone. There are plenty of places nearby for you to have a drink after and we encourage you to do so because there will be lots to talk about.

At the discretion of our staff, anyone who appears to be under the influence will not be allowed to enter the room and no exchanges or refunds will be awarded.

+ Are any of your games accessible?

Our rooms are wheelchair accessible and we are working with community members to bring you audio and vision accessible escape rooms in the future.

+ Are animals allowed in the escape rooms?

Service animals are always welcome. Pets of any kind are not permitted.

+ Do you accept walk-ins?

Bookings are by appointment only. We recommend you book in advance to ensure that you can get into a room. We’d hate to have to turn you away if all our rooms are full.

+ Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes. You may purchase gift vouchers that can be applied to any room within one year of purchase. Get them here!

+ Can I reschedule, cancel, or alter my booking?

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

+ Can I experience a room twice?

If you didn't solve a room and you're dying to try again, you are welcome to do a 1/2 off redo. You must either sign up for the waiting list or purchase a private room. It would be unfair to other participants if it was their first time and you already knew some of the puzzles. If you love our rooms make sure you come back to try the others out. We open new rooms every three months so there should be plenty of choice for the avid escape roomer.

+ Any tips or suggestions?

The best way to succeed and have fun is to share information openly with your team in the room. Talk to one another and work as a group to solve puzzles. Whenever you discover something new, let everyone else know.
